These terms apply when you use the Fridge Panda app or this website. Using Fridge Panda means you accept them.

Who we are

Fridge Panda ("we", "us") provides a meal-planning app for iOS and Android that saves recipes from social video, builds weekly meal plans, and generates grocery lists. Contact: support@fridgepanda.com.

Your account

You can start using Fridge Panda anonymously. Creating an account lets you keep your library across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fridge Panda.

Your content

What's yours stays yours. The recipes you save, fridge photos you scan, meal plans, and grocery lists belong to you. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, process it (including sending it to our AI providers for extraction and planning), and show it back to you and to anyone you've deliberately shared a household with.

You're responsible for having the right to submit the links and images you provide.

Recipes from third parties

Fridge Panda extracts recipe information from videos and pages created by other people. We don't own that content and we can't guarantee it is accurate, complete, or safe for you.

Subscriptions and payment

Fridge Panda has a free tier with monthly limits, and paid plans:

• Pro — $9.99/month or $71.99/year
• Family — $16.99/month or $99.99/year, shared with up to 5 people
• AI credit packs — $4.99 for 10 credits (one-off, not a subscription)

New users get a 7-day trial of the full experience; when it ends, the app moves to the free tier unless you subscribe.

Payment is taken by Apple or Google under their terms, not directly by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you're charged within 24 hours of the period ending. Cancel any time in your Apple or Google account settings — see our support page for the steps. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

We may change prices. If we do, we'll tell you before the change affects a renewal, and you can cancel.

Fair use

Paid plans are for personal household use. AI features have generous limits, but we may throttle or suspend accounts that use the service in an automated, abusive, or resale manner. Don't use Fridge Panda to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We work to keep Fridge Panda running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app evolves. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms.

Cancelling and deleting

You can delete your account at any time in You → Delete account, or via fridgepanda.com/delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your content. Cancel your subscription separately with Apple or Google — deleting the account does not itself cancel billing.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on third-party recipe content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; you may also have consumer rights that these terms cannot override.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
